Wnt信号通路抑制因子Dickkopf-1在宫颈癌中的研究进展

         

摘要

Wnt信号通路的异常激活在肿瘤的发病和进展过程中发挥着重要作用.Dickkopf-1(DKK-1)作为Dickkopf家族中的一员,是经典Wnt信号通路的胞外拮抗剂.目前研究发现,经典Wnt信号通路和DKK-1参与宫颈癌的发生、发展,抗DKK-1中和抗体BHQ880治疗多发性骨髓瘤已经进入临床Ⅰ/Ⅱ期试验.现就DKK-1在宫颈癌中的研究进展予以综述,为宫颈癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供一个新的、重要的生物学标志物.%Aberrant activated Wnt signaling pathway plays a vital role in turnorigenesis and progression. Dirkkopf-1 ( DKK-1 ) , a member of Dirkkopf family, is a secreted glycoprotein that acts as an extracellular antagonist of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Recently, a number of studies have found that aberrant canonical Wnt pathway and DKK-1 implicate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Anti-DKK-1 neutralizing antibody BHQ880 , is currently in Phase Ⅰ /ⅡH clinical trials for treating multiple myeloma. Here is to make a review on the research progress of the role of DKK-1 in cervical cancer, providing a new valuable biomarker in cancel- detection,treatment and prognosis.
