嗜酸粒细胞性食管炎(EoE)是一种以食管黏膜大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润为特征的慢性食管炎症性疾病.发病机制尚未完全明确,很可能与食物和空气过敏原有关.成年患者以吞咽困难和食物梗阻为典型表现,儿童患者则症状模糊,可表现为喂养困难和发育迟缓.EoE无特征性表现,诊断必须建立在临床和组织学基础上.治疗方法主要包括膳食调整、药物治疗(针对过敏反应性疾病和抑酸)和内镜扩张治疗等.%Eosinophilic esophagitis( EoE )is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by large numbers of intraepithelial eosinophils infiltrating the esophageal mucosa. The pathogenesis is incompletely understood and food allergies and aeroallergens have been implicated. Adults typically present dysphagia and food obstruction, and children present obscure symptoms, with feeding difficulties and delayed development seen in some cases. No pathognomonic features have been identified for EoE and, therefore, its diagnosis must be made on both clinical and histological grounds. Management options include dietary modifications,pharmacological therapy targeting allergy mediated disease, pharmacological therapy targeting acid suppression, and en-doscopic dilation.
