Objective To explore dialectical theory of governance and prescription rule according to relevant med⁃ical records of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) treatment in depression. Methods Based on medical records collection and data analysis,entropy clustering, association rules and other data analysis methods were used to figure out common syndrome differentiation and treatment and prescription of TCM therapy in depression. Results According to systematic analysis of 178 related cases, common syndromes, rules of treatment, some type of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine frequently used in prescription and association rules of medicine were confirmed.14 core combinations and 14 new prescriptions has been found. Conclusion TCM in treating depression has certain regu⁃larity. The feasibility of this theory, syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM in depression can be derived from TCM medical records.%目的：通过抑郁症中医治疗的有关医案，探索其辨证与组方规律。方法收集中医治疗抑郁症的医案，在数据分析的基础上联合应用熵聚类和关联规则等多种数据研究的方法，总结出中医治疗抑郁症的常见辨证和处方用药。结果通过对178个相关医案进行系统分析，确定了医案中常见证型、治则、处方中出现频次较高的中药种类以及药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出14个核心配伍和14个新处方。结论中医论治抑郁症具有一定规律性，从中医医案转化出抑郁症中医辨证论治理论具有可行性。
