Objective To investigate the application value of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer and ordinary optical microscopy in urinary red cell morphology analysis. Methods 146 hematuria samples of patients selected in-department and out-patient department of our hospital were enrolled in this study respectively and analyzed the urinary red cell morphology by automated urine flowmetry UF-1000i and ordinary optical microscopy. Results For hematuria samples, automated urine flowmetry UF-1000i displayed highly consistent results(75.83%), with optical microscope examination,but less than 100%. There were some correlations between the test results of urine flowmetry UF-1000i and optical microscopy. Conclusion Combined automated urine flowmetry UF-1000i with optical microscopy has an important diagnostic significance in urinary red cell morphology analysis.% 目的探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪在尿红细胞形态分析中的应用价值。方法选取住院与门诊血尿标本146份,分别采用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪与普通光学显微镜分析其尿液中红细胞的形态。结果对于血尿标本,UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪显示结果与普通光学显微镜镜检结果符合率较高,为75.83%,虽未达100%,但二者有一定相关性。结论在尿红细胞形态分析中,需联合应用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪与光学显微镜检测,其检测结果在疾病诊断中具有重要临床意义。
