为了给泸州市医院主管部门制定医院污水管理和监督决策提供依据,本文课题组依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)相关要求自行设计问卷,对四川省泸州市所辖13所公立医院污水处理情况进行调查.调查结论:为泸州市公立医院污水处理率较高、处理方式和流程较规范,污水处理设施及构建物设置较合理,特殊废水的前期处理相对薄弱,有资质的污水处理人员缺乏;职能部门需加强医院污水处理督导和管理;医院应提高污水处理意识及加强污水处理人员资质培训.%To investigate public hospital sewage treatment situation in Luzhou city, and provide basis for the local administrative department's decision-making of the hospital sewage management and supervision in Lu Zhou city, the research group employed self-designed questionnaire to survey 13 public hospitals' sewage treatment in Luzhou city, Sichuan province on the basis of the relevant requirements in Disinfection Technology Standards (2002 edition). The investigation revealed that luzhou public hospital sewage treatment rate in Luzhou is high, processing mode and procedure are in standard, sewage treatment facilities and building settings are reasonable, the special sewage treatment in the early period is relatively weak, qualified sewage treatment staff are in shortage; functional departments should strengthen the hospital sewage treatment supervision and management, hospitals should raise awareness of sewage treatment and strengthen qualification training for sewage disposal personnel.
