Informed disconsent right is the patient's right, while it will cause many problems. In China, the causes of patients' informed disconsent are as follows: problems in medical and health system, problems on both sides (doctors and patients), problems in laws and regulations, and immature reference conditions of informed dis-consent, etc..Therefore, in order to solve the problem of informed disconsent, we should focus on the following as-pects of our work: deepening the reform of medical and health system; doctors should insist on the principle of"Two principles and one concern" the popularization of medical knowledge to the patients; perfecting relevant laws and regulations;and processing the problems caused by informed disconsent by the third party mediation or-ganization.%知情不同意是患者的权利，但知情不同意会引发诸多的问题。在我国，引发患者知情不同意的原因包括医疗卫生体制方面的问题、医患双方各自的问题、法律规定的问题以及知情不同意引用条件不成熟等。为解决知情不同意这一问题，应做好以下方面的工作：深化医疗卫生体制改革，医方应坚持“两原则、一关怀”，向患者普及医学常识，完善法律的相关规定以及由第三方调解机构专门处理知情不同意。
