The operation of Medical Ethics Committees is an important link in modern hospital management, and the degree of its standardization directly reflects the concept of ethical management in hospital. By analyzing the universal phenomena in the operation of China's Medical Ethics Committees and the typical problems found in the review, this paper specifically proposed some strategies and suggestions to strengthen the construction of Ethics Committees and standardize the mechanism of ethical review, in order to further promote the scientific and standardized operation of drug clinical trials and studies in China, and create harmonious doctor-patient relationship and good research environment.%医学伦理委员会的运行是医院现代化管理中的重要环节，其规范化程度直接体现了医院伦理管理的理念。本文通过对我国医学伦理委员会运行中普遍存在的现象和审查工作中遇到的代表性问题进行剖析，从而有针对性地提出加强伦理委员会建设、规范伦理审查机制的策略和建议，以加强对受试者的保护，进一步促进我国药物临床试验、临床研究科学化、规范化运行，创建和谐的医患关系和良好的科研环境。
