目的:检验山西省公立医院社会角色期望指标体系的信度及效度,验证其创新性、科学性和必要性.方法:运用分半信度、克朗巴赫α系数以及内容效度、维度相关性、结构效度分析指标体系的信度及效度.结果:指标体系的分半信度R为0.930;各维度以及总指标的重测相关系数均为0.753-0.901;各维度以及总指标的克朗巴赫α系数均在0.8以上;各维度以及总指标的Pearson相关系数均在0.86以上.结论:该指标体系的信度及效度较好,具有较强的可行性和有效性.%Objective:To analysis the validity and reliability of the social role expectations index system of public hospital and verify the innovativeness,scientificity and necessity.Methods:The split half reliability,Cronbach or,content validity,Pearson Correlation and construct validity were applied to analyze the reliability and validity of the index system.Results:The split half reliability (R) was 0.930,the test-retest coefficients of each dimension and total index ranged from 0.753 to 0.901,Cronbach α coefficients of each dimension and total index exceeded 0.8,Pearson correlation coefficients of each dimension and total index remained above 0.86.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the social role expectations index system of public hospital were good.The system had strong reliability and validity.
