目的:调查广东省医疗美容医师短期培训情况,以进一步改进培训质量,提高医疗美容医师专业技术水平.方法:自行设计问卷,采取方便抽样方法,对参加培训会的来自广东省20个城市的430名医疗美容医师进行问卷调查.结果:超过92％的人比较重视操作实践、技术临床应用及管理要点热点问题等培训内容;约90％的人对培训师资与教学持肯定态度;10.7％的人不确定或不赞同“培训组织服务好”这一说法;4.2％的人认为培训时间过于仓促、培训内容针对性和目的性不够强等.结论:医疗美容专业性内容培训需求大,应进一步规范医疗美容专科医师培训管理,提高培训质量.%Objective:To investigate short-term training recognition and demands of medical cosmetic doctors in Guangdong Province and explore a set of efficient training model.Methods:Do a questionnaire survey among medical cosmetic staff who attend training.Results:More than 92％ of respondents think highly of clinical practice,clinical application,and management and hot topics of medical cosmetic knowledge.About 90％ of approve of training teachers and teaching ways;10.7％ of doctors take uncertain or disapproving opinions on training organization services.18 doctors (4.2％) reflect that training is too rushed to learn better,training is short of specificity,and so on.Conclusion:The training quality and training arrangement are supposed to improve continuously.
