兰州市作为西部大开发战略发展的核心城市,医养结合养老服务的发展处于西部领先地位.兰州市情暖夕阳爱心护养院的运行机制是以政府政策为保障,以情暖夕阳老年公寓为核心,依托兰州通用机器厂职工医院,整合三方资源,满足老年人需求的一种模式.但该护养院存在入住率低、收费标准高、专业化水平低、设施缺乏等问题.建议加大宣传力度、拓宽筹资渠道、完善人员培养机制和基础设施,以利于医养结合养老服务模式的完善和推广.%Lanzhou is the core city of the develop-the-west strategy, and its development model combining medical treatment and pension service is in a leading place in the west region of China .The'Love the Sunset' nursing home is the first integrated medi-cal treatment and pension service model in Lanzhou.The government policy is the safeguard.'Love the Sunset' apartment is the core, and the general machine factory's worker's hospital is the support.Through the integration of the above three parts, we can meet the needs of the elderly.There are some problems such as low occupancy rate , high charging standard, low professional level and lack of infrastructure.Increasing the propaganda, expanding the funding resources, improving the staff's training mechanism and the infra-structure may promote the improvement and generalization of the model combining medical treatment and pension service .
