医保制度运行影响因素的Logistic回归分析

摘要

目的:分析影响医保制度运行的影响因素.方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查,采用多因素Logistic回归进行数据分析.结果:医保制度运行的主要影响因素为转诊制度的设计(OR=1.638)、基金使用问题(OR=1.347)、患者经济负担(OR=1.424)、流动人口异地就医(OR=1.349)以及试点地区整合程度(OR=1.327).结论:现行医保制度运行问题较为严重,应从医保制度设计、对基金和机构的监督管理、医保制度整合等多层面进行调整,提高医保制度运行效果.%Objective:To analyze the main issues that affected the operation of the medical insurance system and the severity.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out by stratified cluster sampling,and the data were analyzed by chi square test and binary logistic regression.Results:The influencing factors affecting the main issues of medical insurance system operation are design for referral system (OR =1.638),use of fund (OR =1.347),economic burden of patients (OR =1.424),portability medical treatment (OR=1.349) and degree of integration of pilot areas (OR=1.327).Conclusion:The current operation proldems of the medical insurance system were serious.It should be adjusted from the design of medical insurance system,the supervision and management of the fund and the institution,and the integration of medical insurance system to improve operation effect of medical insurance system.
