精神疾病患者就业现状及对策

the mental patient often suffer from unfair employment discrimination, which not only brings difficulties of getting into society for mental patients, but also adds burden to the society.The fundamental problem of people with mntal uness difficult employment is society unfair treatment.This paper first introduces the current employment status of mental patients in China, then summarizes the problem of four kinds of new models introduced in support of employment, including coaches support mode, maintenance mode, mode of community treatment skills, and indi-vidual employment of the support.Then related countermeasures were put forward for Chinese mental patients with employment discrimination, namely the link between the media and the government, establishing and perfecting the vocational training institutions of mental illness, and provi-ding appropriate subsidies and skills training for them at the same time.%我国精神疾病患者就业常遭受歧视,就业难使精神疾病患者难以融入社会,也给社会增添了负担. 精神疾病患者就业难的根本症结是社会大众的不公平对待. 本文介绍了当前我国精神疾病患者的就业现状,总结了美国对于精神病患者就业的4种支持模式,包括教练支持模式、技能维系模式、社区治疗模式、个体支持性就业. 借鉴国外支持性就业模式提出我国应加强媒体和政府的联动,建立健全精神疾病患者职业培训机构,并提供适当补助.
