Objective: To compare difference of influencing factors and mental state in health seeking behaviors of cancer patients in a hospi-tal in Guangzhou grouped by different economic and sociologist characters.Methods:Questionnaire survey was conducted in a hospital in Guang-zhou and 325 cancer patients was investigated in terms of economic and sociologist characters, factors considered and mental state when going to a hospital.T-test was applied to compare their considered factors and mental state in health seeking behaviors and the respondents were grouped by different health seeking experience, registered permanent residence and income level.Results: Emphasis degrees on medical technical level and services attitude of medical staffs between cancer patients who had or not the experience of hospitalize out-of-line were significantly differ-ent (P<0.05), while anxiety and fear in metal state difference are significant (P<0.05).Emphasis degrees on medical technical level and in-dividual paying ability and visit accessibility between respondents who had different income level (P<0.05), while only fear degree was signifi-cantly different in term mental state (P<0.05).For people who had different registered permanent residence and income level, severity of illness was differently emphasized by them (P<0.05) and they have different dysphonia and fear level, which are statistically significant.Conclusion:People who have higher income and the local registered permanent residence and who have no were experience of hospitalize out-of-line give more emphasis on medical technical level and less emphasis on expenses.While cancer patients who have lower economic and sociologist status are more feared and whiny in the process of seeking health service.Vulnerable groups of cancer patients should be supported by social forces.%目的：探讨广州市某医院不同经济社会学特征的肿瘤患者选择医疗机构时关注的因素及其就医过程中的心理状态。方法：对2014年在广州市某肿瘤专科医院就医的325名肿瘤患者进行问卷调查，根据有无异地就医经历、户口所在地及收入水平进行分组，应用t检验比较各组就医选择的影响因素及就医过程中的心理情绪差异。结果：有异地就医经历的患者与无异地就医经历的患者就医时对医疗技术水平和医务人员服务态度的重视程度不同，心理情绪方面的焦虑、恐惧和无变化水平存在统计学差异（均P＜0．05）；不同收入水平的患者对医疗技术水平、个人负担能力、看病方便程度的重视程度存在统计学差异，恐惧程度不同（均P＜0．05）；不同户籍类型的患者就诊时对疾病严重程度的参考程度存在统计学差异，烦躁和恐惧心理状态存在差异（均P＜0．05）。结论：选择医疗机构时，有异地就医经历、收入水平低、外地户籍的患者更易产生恐惧、烦躁等情绪；低收入患者存在因经济原因而延误甚至放弃治疗的风险。需要对肿瘤患者中的弱势群体提供社会支持和针对性帮助，提高其获得优质卫生服务的能力。
