目的：：探讨糖尿病骨质疏松患者社区规范管理的干预效果。方法：选择深圳市某社区164例35岁以上2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组原则分为对照组和干预组，对照组仅进行一般的健康指导、随访及健康体检，干预组在上述干预的基础上进行健康知识教育和饮食、运动、血糖监测及药物等规范化治疗指导。进行1.5年的随访，比较两组患者骨密度T值、VAS评分、SF－36评分及骨折发生率。结果：经过社区规范管理干预，对照组与干预组之间的骨密度T值、骨折发生率结果相近，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组的VAS评分、SF－36评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：规范用药、健康管理等干预有利于糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者在疾病治疗过程中改善症状，其中社区综合管理更能有效缓解患者疼痛，改善患者生活质量，值得在社区推广应用。%Objective:To evaluate the effect of standard management in community on patients with diabetic osteoporosis. Methods:A total of 164 patients with diabetic osteoporosis who are older than 36 years in our community were enrolled and divided into the intervention group that were given standard management and control group that were given routine management. Both groups were followed for 1.5 years, and the bone mineral density T value,score of VAS,score of SF-36 and incidence of fracture were compared. Results:The bone mineral density T value and incidence of fracture were comparable between control group and intervention group,and there were no significant differences ( P>0.05) . The in￣tervention group has higher score of VAS and score of SF-36 than the control group,and there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclu￣sion:Compared with routine management,standard management in community can effectively help relieve the pain in patients with diabetic osteo￣porosis,and help to improve their quality of life,which is worth to spread for better community health service.
