深圳市某医院临床医生信息素养调查

         

摘要

目的:为充分了解深圳市某医院临床医生的信息素养状况,为制定信息素养干预措施提供依据.方法:设计了基于标准化的医务人员信息素养测评问卷,从信息意识、信息知识、信息能力和信息伦理道德等方面,对该院临床医生进行了信息素养的抽样调查和分析.结果:该院临床医生信息意识较强,但信息知识和能力较薄弱,学历、职称、科室均会影响医生的信息素养水平.结论:低学历的医务人员和具有中级职称的医生应作为医院今后培训工作的重点对象,医院、科室应充分发挥医院图书馆的教学功能,努力营造学习、科研氛围.同时,医院图书馆员还应积极主动了解医务人员需求,并充分利用网络、开展多形式、多途径的信息素养培训工作,以提升医务人员的信息素养.%Objective:To reveal the current clinicians' Information literacy competency status in a hospital in Shenzhen,provide a basis for the development of Information literacy competency interventions.Methods:Designed Information literacy competency assessment questionnaire for medical staff,then randomly selected some clinicians in the hospital as the subject of the study,implemented the assessment to them on information awareness,information knowledge,information capacity,information moral and analyzed the results;Results:The information awareness is strong,but information knowledge and ability are very weak,the factors such as title,education and department can impact Information literacy competency.Conclusion:Low education and intermediate grade clinicians should be the focus of the libraries' information iteracy competency intervention,hospital and departments try to create an environment to learn and research,librarians should closely follow the needs of the medical staff,to take full advantage of the network,to carry out a multi-form and multi-passing information literacy competency training and services.
