为推进医生的合理流动,促进医生多点执业的实施.本文采用SWOT分析法,对影响医生多点执业的内外因素逐一分析,并针对医生在多点执业时的内在优势和劣势,即医生个人在行医方面,与过去相比较自由度较宽松,个人价值也有了较大的提高,以及由于医生受个人精力、医院管理规定的限制等内在因素影响,导致医生多点执业实施迟缓等问题进行了深入探讨.同时,本文还针对医生多点执业在卫生行政部门政策推动,基层患者需要的外在有利因素的影响下,对现行法律法规不完善,造成医生多点执业管理难度较大等问题进行分析,提出完善医生多点执业的相关法律法规,避免医生趋利行为,有效规避医疗风险,加强医院内部管理等措施.%In order to steadily promote the rational flow of the medical staff, and promote the implementation of physicians practicing at multiple facilities.Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the influential of external and internal factors of physicians practicing at multiple facilities, Find out physicians practicing at multiple facilities can reflect the freedom of medical staff and personal values of inherent advantages ,and the doctor personal energy limited, hospital management limited of internal weaknesses.
