随着人们对养生的需求越来越大,从事养生知识咨询和宣传的人员应运而生.由于养生执业在我国属新兴行业,现有的法律法规对该行业的监管规划尚未建立,使得该行业目前处于鱼龙混杂的状态,给人们的健康带来潜在危害.政府作为主导部门应对该行业进行监管并制定“中医养生师执业条例”,加强对该行业的监督与管理,设置中医养生师资格考试与执业资格注册等措施,以提高该行业准入门槛.同时,规范该行业执业范围和执业地点,并对该行业在中医养生执业中违法宣传的行为进行处罚.%As the demand for regimen is growing, people who are engaged in regimen knowledge advice gradually emerged. Now the industry is in the state of confusion because it's a emerging industry, especially because the policy surveillance is ineffectual, all of these put the traditional Chinese medicine regimen practitioner into an awful state and bring people's health benefits into a potential danger. The author puts forward the government department as the leading department should regulate the industry, set up the traditional Chinese medicine regimen practitioner's qualification examination and the registration system, confine scope of practice and site of practice, and strengthen the industry's self-management.
