This paper discusses the way of social work participating in the health field in China through focusing on key crowd, key diseases and key institution. Analysis the achievements had been made, the potential pathway were concluded in referring the international experience to provide the references for development of social work in the health field in China.%社会工作作为一种社会职业,自1988年开始恢复和重建.20多年来,我国的社会工作在专业化、职业化、制度化方面取得了长足的发展.本文从重点人群、重点疾病、重点机构3个视角,对当前我国社会工作在卫生领域的介入现状进行介绍,分析已取得的成就,借鉴国外经验,对卫生领域社会工作介入的潜在的路径进行探讨,提出应从重点目标人群、规章、制度、拓展方法进行介入,为社会工作在我国的卫生领域的纵深层面的发展提供参考.
