医学生医患沟通培养模式和考评体系探讨

         

摘要

目的:探索医学生医患沟通的培养模式和考评体系.方法:采用文献研究方法.本文从中国知网、万方数据库查找2005年-2009年所有关于医学生医患沟通的文献,多角度分析医学生医患沟通教育的发展现状、问题和瓶颈.结果:通过文献研究发现,国内医学生医忠沟通教育出现断层,培养模式不健全,缺乏相应的考评体系.总体来看我国医学生医患沟通教育的发展还处于起步阶段.%Objective: To explore training model and evaluation system of medical students in doctor-patient communication.Methods:Literature research In CN KI and Wanfang databasethe, this paper search from 2005 to 2009 in all literature about medical students on the doctor-patieru communication, from many perspectives, analysis the development of education status and trends of encountered problems and bottlenecks of medical studentsin in doctor-patient communication in recent years.Results: Through the literature study,we found that education of medical students in doctor-patient communication is disruption.And training mode is not perfect lacking of appropriate evaluation system.Overall, the development of medical students education in doctor-patient communication in China is still at an early stage.
