目的:了解襄樊地区医院感染管理存在的问题,提出相应的改进对策.方法:按照典型调查法对襄樊市4家医院进行机构调查、员工问卷调查和访谈.结果:医院感染管理专职人员数量不足,资金投入不足;感染管理专业人才缺乏,人员素质参差不齐;管理层对抗生素合理使用监管不力;全员感染防控知识培训力度不够.结论:应该加强高层领导重视,健全医院感染管理组织建设;充分发挥国家政策导向作用,健全人才队伍建设机制;卫生行政部门加大监管力度,加强对抗生素使用的管理;加强感染控制知识教育和培训,提高全员感染控制意识.%Objective: The purpose of thesis is to investigate the problems of hospital infection management in Xiangfan, and to propose measures for improvement.Methods: By random sampling method, questionnaire and interview were conducted among the workers in four hospitals.The doctors, nurses and patients in 4 hospitals are surveyed on infection cognition, system implementation, and satisfaction and so on.Results: The capital investment of hospital infection management is insufficient.There are no enough infection control professionals and the equality of the human resource is uneven.Abuse of antibiotics is common place in sample hospitals.Infection prevention and control training for all staff in sampling hospitals need to be strengthened.Conclusion: The leaders of hospitals should pay more attention to improve hospital infection control organizations.The guiding role of national policies should be fully used, and better the mechanism of qualified personnel.The health administrative departments should improve the supervision, and pay great attention to the management ofantibiotic use.Improve the education and training on infection control knowledge and improve the infection control awareness of faculty.
