工学结合是高职教育中进行工作过程导向的课程系统化设计、推行基于工作过程＂教学做＂一体化课程改革的基础。传统的工学合作主要有＂将学生派往公司实习实训＂、＂请公司资深人员进校授课＂、＂集中实训＂三种常见模式,它们各有特点又有明显的不足。本文以动漫设计专业为例,综合传统工学合作模式的经验与教训,建立一种较为可行的合作模式——基于业务流程外包的工学合作工作室,并以期该模式对于其他专业同样有参考之处。%The combination of learning with working is foundation of curriculum system systematization design that oriented to the working process and the ＂teaching-learning-doing＂ of integrated curriculum reform based on the work process in higher vocational education.The traditional cooperation of working with learning mainly showed three common mode of ＂students sent to the company for practice and training＂,＂invite the company senior staff to teach the course in the school ＂,＂ practice and training together＂,they have a characteristic each and also have apparent inadequacy.Taking the specialty of animation design as the example,integrating the experience and lesson of traditional working with learning cooperation model,the article established a feasible mode of cooperation-working office for working with learning cooperation based on the business process outsourcing,and with a view to have the same reference for other specialty.
