甘肃小铁山矿生产数据集成系统开发与应用

         

摘要

Taking Xiaotieshan Mine in Gansu Province as the study example,the integration system of production data of the mine is established by using C/S framework,B/S framework and object-oriented Agent system development technique. The decision-making reserve layer of mine production management of digital mine is established by the function of data tolerance modification by adopting the pyramid hierarchy process;the self-checking function of process of data input,transmission and reading by adopting the methods of data input,calculation and hierarchical topology organization;the complex problems existed in the process of data manipulation is solved by means of SQL query statement and MDX statement,so as to improve the porta-bility of data information in different database;besides that,based on the function of dynamic interactive topology reconfigura-tion function of the system and mine technical personnel working experience, the accuracy of data secondary storage can be guaranteed. The study results show that the organic integration of mine historical production information and daily transaction management information is realized,the mining process information can be obtained in real time by setting the query conditions of different practical dimension and mining sections,and the system can provide some reliable data support for the further min-ing and cutting operations,and the safety and orderly mining of the mine can be guaranteed effectively.%以甘肃省小铁山矿为例,采用C/S、B/S架构和面向Agent系统开发技术构建了矿山生产数据集成系统,该系统采用金字塔式的层次递进方式,通过对数据进行容错修改来构建数字型矿山生产管理事务决策的储备层;采用录入、计算、层次拓扑组织等手段,实现数据输入、传输和读出的自检化,确保数据安全性;运用SQL查询语句、MDX语句来处理数据操作过程中的复杂问题,提高数据信息在不同数据库中的可移植性,同时结合系统动态交互拓扑重构功能和矿山技术人员工作经验,确保数据二度存储的准确度.研究表明:该系统实现了同一时空框架下矿山历史生产信息和日常事务管理信息的有机集成,可通过设定不同的实践维度、作业区等查询条件实时获取矿山开采进程信息,可为后续矿山采准、切割作业提供可靠的数据支持,有效保证了开采工作安全有序推进.
