粉末冶金高钒冷作模具钢中稳定氧化物夹杂的研究

         

摘要

Oxide inclusions had great influence on the properties of die steel with high vanadium (PCDV). In this paper, stable oxide inclusions were drawn by electrolytic method. Qualitative analysis was processed based on X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The content of composition in oxide inclusions were tested by ICP-AES, and the quantitative analysis was carried out based on it. The result indicated that Al2O3 .silicate, MgAl2O4 and SiO2 were main oxide inclusions in PCDV. The content of Al2O3 was 91. 51% in all oxide inclusions. Inert gas-pulse heating method was used to determine the oxygen content in this alloy. The extractive method of inclusions was verified by comparing the testing and calculative content of oxygen. Quantitative analysis showed that the content of oxide inclusions in PCDV was 0. 026 5%.%模具钢中的夹杂对性能有重要影响,本文用电解方法提取粉末冶金高钒冷作模具钢中的稳定氧化物夹杂,用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及能谱对夹杂物进行定性分析,用ICP-AES测量夹杂物中氧化物形成元素的含量,进而得到各稳定氧化物夹杂的定量描述.结果表明粉末冶金高钒冷作模具钢中的氧化物夹杂主要有四种:Al2O3、硅酸盐、镁尖晶石(MgAl2O4)和SiO2.其中Al2O3含量最多,占到了稳定氧化物夹杂总量的91.51%.用惰性气体-脉冲加热法测定了该合金中的氧含量,以此来验证夹杂物提取方法的准确性,定量分析表明合金中稳定氧化物夹杂的质量分数为0.0265%.
