Damaged leaf spring in the spray type desuperheater of a 150t/h gas-fired boiler at Lianyuan Steel blocked the two steam exits, causing excessive pressure difference between the drum and superheater. The causes of the problem were analyzed, treatment mea-sures were provided and experience in solving such problems was also summarized.%涟钢一台150 t/h煤气锅炉因喷水减温器内弹簧片损坏，堵住两个蒸汽出口导致汽包与过热器压差增大，对此进行了原因分析，提出了处理措施，总结了处理此类故障的经验。
