3~66 kV电力系统过电压保护整体设置方案探讨

         

摘要

Due to over voltage, medium voltage power supply systems caused equipment burnouts and shutdowns in enterprises time and again, resulting in direct and indirect eco-nomic losses, while the specific single protection product domestically used for years could not prevent various damages to power supply system by over voltage. Through analysis of over voltage in power supply system, we put forward an overall protection theory or a systematic protection program, which fundamentally changes the existing over-voltage protection setup. Complete solution of the shortcomings of existing protection system was discussed, to improve the comprehensiveness, reliability and equipment safety of power supply system protection.%中压供电系统由于过电压导致的企业停产、设备烧损事故多有发生,给企业带来直接、间接的经济损失,而国内延续多年的针对性单一保护产品无法防范各种过电压给供电系统带来的损害。通过对系统过电压的分析,提出一种整体保护理论,一种系统性的保护方案,从根本上改变现有的过电压保护方案设置,探讨从根本上解决现有保护方案的不足,以期提高供电网络保护的全面性、可靠性以及设备自身的安全性。
