The basic structure and function of DNP3.0 were mainly introduced. The specific method for implementation of DNP protocol in MOX was given taking the energy management and control center of Jinan Steel as an example, to achieve the “four remote”function through the protocol. Operation result has showed that DNP3.0 protocol has high communication efficiency and reliability.%主要介绍DNP3.0的基本结构和功能，结合济钢能源管控中心的实例，给出了DNP协议在MOX中的具体实现方法，通过该协议系统实现了“四遥”功能。现场运行结果显示，DNP3.0协议具有较高的通信效率和通信可靠性。
