The optimized design of the water system for Xuanhua Steel’s high-strength bar mill is introduced. The design utilized the abandoned existing building of circulating water pump station to reduce construction cost and adopted the process of high-efficiency turbid water purifier combining fiber filter to achieve graded use of water.%介绍了宣钢高强度棒材水系统优化改造设计，设计中利用了原来废弃的循环水泵站建筑，降低了建设成本，采用高效浊水净化器加纤维球过滤器的工艺，实现水质分级使用。
