结合对煤气系统监测的具体要求，设计了钢铁企业中煤气水封气体泄漏实时在线监测系统，采用了跳频电台无线网络，把整个钢厂的煤气管道水封集散式的监控起来。并与主控室实时通信，实现远程监控，并配有语音报警。%A real-time online monitoring system for water sealing gas leakage in steel enterprises was designed by adopting wireless network of the frequency hopping radio and in light of the specific requirements of gas monitoring system, to achieving centralized monitor of all gas pipe water seals in the steel plant. Remote monitoring was also realized through real-time communication with the master control room and equipment of voice alarm.
