Starting with steelmaking process, the utilization, current situation and poten-tial of renewed energy are analyzed with the LCA (life cycle analysis) concept of steel pro-duction. The means and models of energy saving management are studied from both longitudi-nal and transverse angles while current operation modes of energy saving and environment protection of steel companies are tapped and analyzed, so as to achieve sustainable social de-velopment.%从钢铁制造工艺着点，以钢铁生产的全生命周期理念（LCA）分析再次能源的利用、现状和潜力，从纵向和横向的角度研究节能管理理念的手段和方式，挖潜和分析当前钢铁企业节能环保的运营模式，从而达到社会可持续性发展。
