As microorganisms growth clogged the diaphragm and seriously affected normal production of water demineralization, the agent addition process was optimized after detailed analysis. At different stages of water demineralization the agent addition condition was im-proved according to water sources and quality, process and equipment characteristics. The bottleneck of diaphragm clogging by microorganisms affecting production was overcome and the service life of diaphragm was effectively prolonged.%针对微生物滋生致使膜元件污堵而严重制约除盐水的正常生产,经详细分析进行了加药工艺优化,在除盐水生产的不同环节,根据水源水质、工艺及设备特点,改进系统加药工况,解决了微生物滋生污堵膜元件制约生产的瓶颈问题,且有效延长了膜元件的使用寿命。
