基于物联网技术的电梯监控系统设计

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of difficult inspection and low maintenance efficiency of elevators,this paper presents a design of elevator monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.The system consists of PLC monitoring terminal,wireless communication network,cloud platform,PC monitoring center and Android APP.PLC is divided into the primary PLC and the secondary PLC,it is responsible for monitoring and collecting running data of the elevator,and it transmits data to cloud platform with the wireless network of DTD433ME and DTP-S09F,and data analysis and summary are completed in the cloud.The users can real-time monitor running state of the elevator through the PC and Android,so that maintenance person nel timely receives alarm information of the elevator.The system not only improves the maintenance efficiency of the elevator,but also facilitates the elevator manufacturers to assess the quality of the elevator,and facilitates the government supervision.%为了解决电梯巡查困难,维保效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于物联网技术的电梯监控系统设计.该系统由PLC监控端、无线通信网络、云平台、PC监控中心和Android端APP组成.其中PLC分为主PLC和从PLC,负责监控并采集电梯的运行数据,通过DTD433 ME和DTP-S09F无线网络传输到云平台,并在云端对数据进行分析和汇总.用户可在PC监测中心和Android移动端实时监控电梯的运行状态,使维保人员及时收到电梯的报警信息,不仅提高了电梯的维保效率,而且便于电梯厂商对电梯质量的评估,方便政府职能部门对电梯运行状态的监管.
