基于模糊控制的机车雨刮控制器的设计

         

摘要

机车雨刮器是机车运行的眼镜布,起着擦拭前窗玻璃上的雨水的作用,给驾驶员一个干净明亮的视野,保证机车的行车安全.机车雨刮器的控制部分目前均由人工控制,由人来决定雨刮臂运行的速度和时间,这在一定程度上分散了驾驶员的注意力,增加了机车司机的工作强度.在机车智能化、人性化发展的趋势下,研究一种基于模糊控制的机车雨刮控制器,确定了模糊控制的输出、输入变量,依据设计的要求设定了模糊控制规则,并进行了系统的仿真,仿真结果表明它能自动依据检测到的雨水量、自动控制雨刮,电机工作在不同的挂刷转速和周期,符合设计要求.%Locomotive wiper is glass cloth of locomotive,which wipes the rain on the windshield,and gives driver a clean and bright vision to ensure traffic safety.Locomotive wiper is controlled by a person who determines the speed and time to run the wiper.Manual control can distract locomotive driver's attention and increase the intensity of the work.The trend of locomotive is intelligent.So we study a locomotive wiper controller based on fuzzy control.The output and the input variables of fuzzy control are determined.Fuzzy control rules are set according to the design requirements and the system is simulated,The simulation results show that wiper motor automatically operats at different speeds and hanging brush cycles based on detected rain amount.and the simulation shows the design meets the requirements.
