本文提出了一种适合中国盲人操作的多用户有声数据库系统的开发与实现方法，通过键盘输入盲文点字，调用语音库的语音实现语音输出，盲人通过语音提示独立操作数据库系统。并对软件的开发环境，关键技术进行了分析。%This paper proposes a method of developing a multi-user database system with sounds for the blind. It also makes an analysis on the environment and key techniques of the software development. Such a system accepts the input of keystrokes in braille by the blind user and outputs corresponding sounds by accessing its sound bank so that he or she can use the database system with the help of sounds.
