ZL捕收剂浮选分离白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物的研究

         

摘要

The flotation behavior and mechanism of ZL in collecting scheelite, fluorite and calcite were investigated by micro⁃flotation tests, ζ potential analysis and infrared spectrum analysis. After that, tests were conducted on actual scheelite ore from Hunan Province with a WO3 content of 0.36%. The results showed that ZL has a stronger collecting capacity on calcite than scheelite, and a weaker on fluorite. With a large amount of sodium silicate, scheelite can be effectively separated from gangue minerals using ZL as collector under an alkaline condition of pH 11. 0. Moreover, a rough tungsten concentrate grading 7.45%at a recovery of 92.35%was obtained from test with that actual scheelite ore at room temperature. From the ζ potential and FTIR analysis, it is found that ZL can be chemisorbed onto the surfaces of scheelite and calcite, yet, physisorbed onto fluorite. The addition of sodium silicate has little influence on the interaction between ZL and scheelite, but strongly suppressed the collection of ZL on fluorite and calcite.%通过单矿物浮选试验、动电位和红外光谱分析,研究了ZL捕收剂作用下白钨矿、萤石和方解石的浮选行为及ZL捕收剂与含钙矿物的作用机理,并在此基础上对湖南某钨矿进行了实际矿石浮选试验。实验结果表明:ZL捕收剂对方解石捕收能力较强,白钨矿次之,萤石较弱;当硅酸钠用量较高时,ZL捕收剂可在pH=11.0的碱性条件下实现白钨矿与萤石、方解石的有效分离,而且采用该药剂制度,原矿含WO30.36%的实际矿石经常温粗选可获得品位7.45%、回收率92.35%的钨粗精矿。动电位和红外光谱分析表明,ZL捕收剂化学吸附于白钨矿和方解石表面,而物理吸附于萤石表面;硅酸钠的添加几乎不影响ZL捕收剂与白钨矿的作用,却可以强烈抑制ZL对萤石和方解石的捕收作用。
