深部高应力膨胀性软岩巷道锚注支护技术及相似模拟试验研究

         

摘要

针对唐口煤矿深部高应力膨胀性软岩巷道的变形特征,通过对围岩物理力学性能的测试、围岩破坏机理分析和相似模拟试验,提出了采用以锚注为核心的锚网喷注联合支护体系来解决深部高应力膨胀性软岩巷道的支护难题.监测结果表明,锚网喷注联合支护既维持了巷道的稳定,又提高了施工速度,节约了支护成本.%In view of the deformation characteristics of deep swelling soft-rock roadway under high stress in Tangkou Coal Mine, a combined support system of bolting, shotcreting and wire mesh with bolt-grouting as a core method was proposed to solve the supporting difficulty in deep swelling soft-rock roadway under high stress after testing the physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock and analyzing the failure mechanism of surrounding rock, as well as conducting simulation test. The monitoring results indicate that such combined supporting system not only have maintained the stability of roadway but also expedited construction and saved support cost.
