大型薄壁件在压铸的过程中容易出现冷隔、气孔、充型困难等缺陷.基于数值模拟,采用ADC12铝合金针对国内某款汽车的发动机罩板开展压铸研究.在研究中通过CAD软件(Unigraphics NX)设计了罩板的浇注系统,并通过铸造仿真软件(ProCAST)研究了不同浇注系统的充型性能,最终确定了适合汽车前罩板顺序凝固的浇注系统.%Casting defects such as cold shut, stomata, filling difficulty are frequently observed during the die-casting process of large thin-walled workpiece. Based on numerical simulation, a die casting process of a certain automobile hood was investigated with the adoption of ADC12 aluminum alloy. The gating system for hood was designed using CAD software(Unigraphics NX). The filling performance of various gating systems was investigated through analog simulation software (ProCAST). The adaptive gating system for solidification of automobile hood in sequence was determined.
