The amphibolite-type rutile ore in southern Shaanxi contains 3.35% TiO2,and with dolomite,chlorite as well as quartz et al as the main gangue minerals.It is very difficult to beneficiate due to the fine particle size of the valuable mineral and the complex embedding relationship among minerals.A rutile concentrate with TiO2 grade of 90.56% and recovery of 50.24% can be obtained using a beneficiation process of discarding tailings by shaking table,rough-concentrate regrinding,flotation,acid washing and desulfurization flotation,and the contents of impurities such as S,P and TFe being 0.025%,0.021% and 0.56% respectively.The concentrate meet the Grade Ⅱ standards of natural rutile concentrate.This study provides some technical reference for exploiting the rutile source in southern Shaanxi.%陕南地区某角闪岩型难选金红石矿含TiO2 3.35%,主要脉石矿物为石英、白云石、绿泥石等,有用矿物嵌布粒度微细,矿物嵌布关系复杂,分选难度大.采用摇床抛尾,粗精矿再磨后浮选金红石,浮选精矿酸洗后再脱硫的流程可获得TiO290.56%,回收率为50.24%的金红石精矿,其中含S 0.025%、P0.021% 、TFe 0.56%,精矿指标达到天然金红石精矿二级标准,为陕南地区金红石矿的开发利用提供良好的技术借鉴.
