矿用电动挖掘机推压减速器滚动轴承润滑状态分析

         

摘要

在大型矿用电动挖掘机推压减速器动力学分析的基础上,利用Dowson-Higginson线接触弹流膜厚理论进行电动挖掘机推压减速器各滚动轴承内、外圈滚道最小油膜厚度的计算,进而完成推压减速器各滚动轴承内、外圈滚道油膜膜厚比的计算,实现了电动挖掘机推压力与推压速度对推压减速器各滚动轴承润滑状态的影响分析.分析计算结果表明:推压减速器输入轴滚动轴承的润滑状态良好,中间轴滚动轴承的润滑状态相对较差,但其疲劳寿命满足设计要求;相比电动挖掘机推压力,推压速度对各滚动轴承的润滑状态影响更为显著.%On the basis of dynamic analysis on the thrusting reducer in the large electric mining excavator,the paper applied Dowson-Higginson line contact elastic-hydrodynamic lubrication thickness theory to calculate the minimum oil film thickness on inner and outer ring raceway of each rolling bearing of the thrusting reducer in the electric excavator,and then calculate the oil film thickness ratio of inner and outer ring of each rolling bearing of the thrusting reducer.It also analyzed the influence of the thrusting force and the thrusting velocity of the electric excavator on lubrication condition about each rolling bearing of the thrusting reducer.The analysis and calculation results showed:the rolling bearing of the input shaft of the thrusting reducer was good in its lubrication condition,and the rolling bearing of the middle shaft was relatively inferior in its lubrication condition,while its fatigue lifespan satisfied the design requirement;compared with the thrusting force,the thrusting velocity had more obvious influence on the lubrication condition about each rolling bearing.
