Fault tree analysis (FTA) is applied to the reliability analysis of hydraulic braking systems of electric traction shearers, and fault tree of the hydraulic braking system is established. After qualitative and quantitative analysis being carried out with reliability analysis software Relex, some important data relevant to reliability are obtained, and optimal maintenance time and repair strategies are offered, which provides references for the reliability study and the application of electric traction shearers.%将故障树分析法(FTA)应用于电牵引采煤机液压制动系统的可靠性分析中,建立了液压制动系统的故障树.利用可靠性软件Relex进行了定性和定量计算,得出了一些重要的可靠性数据,给出了最佳检修时间和维修策略,可为电牵引采煤机可靠性研究与应用提供参考.
