On the basis of the analysis on the development of the heavy mining equipment manufacturing industry and in combination with the current development status of C1TIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CITIC HIC), the paper thoroughly discusses the processing efficiency revolution which had been spread in CITIC HIC. In 2009, processing efficiency revolution has been successfully promoted in CITIC HIC, which leads to the gross industrial production value and the quality of machinery products raise to a new level.
