铰接式自卸车液压阀块的设计

         

摘要

Considering the integration law of hydraulic manifolds and the chassis layout, the paper analyses the process of designing hydraulic manifolds of HY360J articulated dump truck. After three-dimensional parameterization method being used to create solid models of manifolds, finite element analysis of lifting manifold is carried out, and the maximum stress and the zone of maximum force of the lifting manifold are obtained. The results possess significance for appraising the performance of manifolds and optimizing the structure of manifolds.%在综合考虑阀块的集成原则和底盘空间布局的基础上,详细分析了HY360J铰接式自卸车液压系统集成液压阀块的设计过程.运用三维参数化方法创建了阀块实体模型,并对举升阀块实体模型进行了有限元分析,得到了阀块最大应力值和最大受力区域.结果对测评阀块性能以及优化阀块结构具有指导意义.
