以安全文化是安全管理的指导思想为理念,在安全行为"2-4"模型的基础上,对煤矿企业32元素做针对性的改进,对已测量到的样本数据进行分析与检验.通过在煤矿企业实证应用,结果表明,改进的安全文化元素表更具合理性与科学性,可以为煤矿进行相关的培训或安全管理建设提出具体建议,使企业的生产运行进入安全且高效的事故预防的良性状态.%In this paper, by taking the safety culture being the guiding ideology of the safety management as the ideas and on the basis of the "2-4" model, the specific improvement was made on 32 elements of the coal mining enterprises, and analysis and insprction were carried out on the measured sample data. The empirical application results in coal mining enterprises showed that the improved safety culture elements were more reasonable and scientific, can provide specific recommendations for the training or safety management of coal mines and make the enterprises ' production run into a benign state of safe and efficient accident prevention.
