The “Appraisal Report on Mining Influence in Niejiazhai Qianyang Mine in Nayong County” and the“Exploration Geological Report on Qianyang Mine in Niejiazhai Mine Field in Nayong Mining Area of Guizhou Province” were collected and the field survey was made on the surface deformation and failure caused by the mining activities in order to study the influence of the mining activity on the surface deformation in this mine. Typical geological sections were selected as the sections for numerical calculation, and the discrete element program UDEC was applied for the numerical analysis of the overlying strata and ground surface deformation and failure situation after the mining of 11200, 11201, 11401, 11501, 11203, 11403 and 11503 working faces. It was concluded from the contrast analysis that the mining of the first-mining face in the first-mining seam in each section had the significant influence on the overlying strata and ground surface deformation and failure.%为了研究黔阳煤矿采动对该地区地表变形的影响,收集了“纳雍县聂家寨黔阳煤矿采掘活动影响鉴定报告”和“贵州省纳雍煤矿区聂家寨井田黔阳煤矿勘查地质报告”,现场调查了受采动影响的地表变形破坏情况。选择具有代表性的地质剖面作为数值计算剖面,采用离散元程序UDEC数值分析11200、11201、11401、11501、11203、11403、11503工作面开采后上覆岩层及地表的变形破坏情况。通过对比分析得出,每个区段首采煤层首采工作面(11201、11203)的开采对覆岩及地表的变形破坏影响最大。
