In this paper, according to the work course of launch vehicle , the reliability of strength, pressure cycle life and random vibration fatigue life of a certain global vessel made of titanium alloy are evaluated with stress-strength model or Weibull model,as a reference of the reliability evaluation of launch vehicle vessel.
