新一代大型运载火箭测试发射控制系统采用在前、后端部署可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC)的方式实现远距离测试发射控制.为适应新一代运载火箭高可靠发射控制的要求,设计一套PLC发控系统,使用PLC冗余、控制与监控计算机冗余、网络通信冗余、控制通道冗余等设计实现PLC发控系统的热备冗余.实践证明,热备冗余PLC发控系统可有效地提高运载火箭发射控制的可靠性.%In the new generation launch vehicle, PLCs(Programmable Logic Controller System) are deployed at the front and rear ends of the test and launch control system to achieve remote control. In this paper, a hot-standby redundancy PLC control system is designed. It uses PLC redundancy, control and monitor computer redundancy, network redundancy and control channel redundancy to realize the hot-standby redundancy of PLC launch and control system. It has been found that the hot-standby redundancy PLC control system can improve the reliability of rocket's launch control.
