捆绑球副机构摩擦热分析

         

摘要

Through analyzing the frictional heat of strap-on mechanism, process of heat exchange,convection and radiation with the method of finite element thermodynamic coupling, the finite elements for the strap-on mechanism frictional heat analysis are established and the effect of the friction coefficient on the interface and interior temperature of the strap-on mechanism is discussed. The simulation results show that the strap-on mechanism does not perform well under high friction coefficient, which brings on high interface temperature and smart temperature change, so lubrication of strap-on mechanism is needed.%利用有限元热力耦合分析方法,通过对捆绑机构摩擦生热、热传导过程、对流过程、辐射过程分析,建立捆绑机构摩擦热分析有限元,探讨了摩擦系数对捆绑机构接触面及捆绑机构内部的温度影响情况。结果表明,在大载荷情况下,摩擦系数越大,捆绑机构接触面温度越高,温度变化越剧烈,对捆绑机构工作不利,因此需对捆绑机构采取润滑措施。
