不同生根剂浓度与扦插基质对5种灌木植物扦插繁殖的影响

         

摘要

With Tamarix chinensis,Salix triandra var. Nipponica,Distylium buxifolium var. Rotundum,Deutzia scabra,Adina rubella 5 garden plants in Jiaxing Vocational Technical College for materials,comparative study was carried out using different medium and different rooting agent concentration. The results showed that the most suitable cutting medium for five plants were perlite:vermiculite:peat as 1:1:1 mixing matrix. The most suitable rooting agent concentration for Tamarix chinensis and A dina rubella was 500 mg/kg,the most appropriate rooting agent concentration for Salix triandra var. Nipponica was 1 500 mg/kg,the most appropriate rooting agent concentration for Distylium buxifolium var. Rotundum and Deutzia scabra was 1 000 mg/kg.%以嘉兴职业技术学院内的5种园林植物柽柳、日本三蕊柳、圆头蚊母、溲疏、水杨梅为材料,采用不同基质与不同生根剂浓度对植物扦插生根情况进行比较研究。结果表明:5种植物最适宜的扦插基质均为珍珠岩:蛭石:草炭为1:1:1的混合基质。柽柳和水杨梅最适宜的生根剂浓度为500 mg/kg,日本三蕊柳最适宜的生根剂浓度为1500 mg/kg,圆头蚊母和溲疏最适宜的生根剂浓度为1000 mg/kg。
