据国家粮食局资料显示,我国每年粮食产后损失超过1亿t,占全国粮食总产量的9%以上,其中粮食储运环节损失约500万t。为有效减少粮食在仓储期间的损失,对仓储粮的粮情监测已经得到了广泛的重视。通过现有粮堆参数和温度监测手段,深入研究粮堆内部物理变化过程,建立粮堆内部热湿耦合模型,进而建立粮堆内部水分含量推测的模型,在不增加国内现有粮情监测系统成本的基础上为实现监测粮堆水分的目的打下基础。%According to the data of the State Administration of Grain,more than 100 million tons of post-harvest grain had been lost annually,accounting for more than 9%of the nation's grain production.Grain storage and transportation sectors lost about 5 million tons.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce food losses during storage,monitoring the grain situation had been widely concerned.With the existing method of monitoring grain heap parameters and temperature,we researched the process of physical changes inside the grain bulk deeply.Coupled model of heat and moisture inside the grain bult was built,and then the model of speculating internal moisture of the grain bulk was established.We achieved the purpose of monitoring the grain bulk moisture without increasing the cost of existing domestic grain condition monitoring systems.
