目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定六味颈康胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为ZORB-AX SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1％盐酸水溶液(68∶32);流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为30℃;检测波长206 nm;进样量为20 μL.结果:川续断皂苷Ⅵ线性范围为0.0941～0.941 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为97.79％,RSD为0.75％(n=6).结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,结果可靠,重复性好,可有效控制六味颈康胶囊的产品质量.%Objecive:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in Liuwei Jingkang capsules.Methods:Zorbax SB-C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used.The mobile phase was consisting of methanol and water containing 0.1％ hydrochloric acid(68∶32)with a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 206 nm,and the injection volume was 20 μL Results:There was a good linear relationship of asperosaponin Ⅵ,and peak area within the concentration range of 0.094 1-0.941 mg·ml-1 (r =0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.79％(RSD =0.75％,n =6).Conclusion:The established method is accurate,highly sensitive and well reproducible,which can be used for the determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in the Liuwei Jingkang capsules and the control of product quality.
