Objective:To determine the optimum amount of fertilization of biennial Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.in semiarid regions of Middle of Gansu province; Methods: Single-factor randomized block design was appied in the study.Results:With the increase of diammonium phosphate fertilizer rate,the yield,glycyrrhizic acid and liquritin,rose at first and dropped afterward;when diammonium phosphate was 224.89 kg·hm -2 ,licorice economic output was 3912 kg·hm -2 , glycyrrhizic acid and liquritin were 1.45% and 0.80%,respectively.The potassium chloride dosage of 149.93 kg·hm2 was optimal,its economic output,contents of glycyrrhizic acid and liquritin was 5480 kg·hm -2 , 1.40% and 0.65%, respectively.Conclusion:Fertilization can play a distinct accelerating role on yield of licorice,but the application of potassium chloride leads a reduction in chlorice quality.%目的:确定陇中半干旱地区二年生甘草的最佳施肥量;方法:采用单因素随机区组设计;结果:随着磷二铵施用量的增加,甘草产量、甘草酸和甘草苷含量,都呈现先增高后降低的趋势;当施磷二铵224.89 kg·hm -2时,甘草经济产量为3912 kg·hm -2,甘草酸和甘草苷含量分别为1.45%和0.80%。氯化钾用量149.93 kg·hm -2为最佳,其经济产量、甘草酸和甘草苷含量分别为5480 kg·hm -2、1.40%和0.65%。结论:施肥对甘草产量有显著的提高作用,但施氯化钾后甘草品质下降。
